Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PJS138 ("PJS138", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pjs138.click and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

PJS138 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on PJS138, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
3. You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory;
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of PJS138 or any of its affiliated companies;
6. You do not already hold another active Account on the Platform (one Account per person is strictly enforced);
7. Your Account has not been previously suspended or terminated by PJS138 for any breach of these Terms.

PJS138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to the Account.

Account Registration

Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify PJS138 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PJS138 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify PJS138 immediately by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — do not click).

PJS138 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 are not satisfied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

PJS138 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. PJS138 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a source not belonging to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a method verified in the Player's name during the KYC process. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated on the withdrawal page. Typical processing times are:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts;
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1–4 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB): 15–45 minutes subject to network confirmation times;
• First-time withdrawals: may take additional time pending completion of KYC review.

PJS138 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times. Any request to reverse a withdrawal once submitted will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Bonus & Promotions

PJS138 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply across all PJS138 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount or to the sum of deposit plus bonus, as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum single stake per bet or spin is limited to MYR 250–500 unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus conditions are active may be voided and the Bonus Funds forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; live casino games vary by provider. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not subject to a completed wagering requirement within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will expire and be automatically removed from the Account.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one bonus may be claimed at a time per Account unless PJS138 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: PJS138 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing the promotional system, including through multi-accounting, arbitrage wagering, or collusion.

Games & Betting Rules

All casino games available on PJS138 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by the rules embedded within that game's software. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of rounds and do not represent any guaranteed return on any individual session.

Sports betting markets are offered on events including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and major esports events. All bets are subject to the sportsbook rules in force at the time of bet placement. PJS138 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or close markets at any time and for any reason;

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game or live bet, PJS138's records shall be considered definitive. Where records cannot establish the outcome of a wager, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PJS138 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account per person, household, IP address, or device;
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or misrepresentation to PJS138 or payment processors;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, PJS138 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification is also required where the Platform deems it necessary based on transaction patterns or regulatory requirements.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

Limitation of Liability

PJS138's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PJS138 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous availability and accept no liability for losses attributable to platform downtime beyond our reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Termination

PJS138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated Balance, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The Player fails to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed PJS138 to take such action;
• Continuation of the Account would expose PJS138 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

PJS138 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after notification except where urgent amendment is required by law or regulatory authority.
